இடதுகை பழக்கமா? என்ன செய்வது?

எப்பவும் என் மகள் பப்புவை வெளியில் கூட்டிட்டுப் போனால் நெறைய விமர்சனங்களை சந்திப்பேன்… கல்யாணமோ, ஹோட்டலோ , உறவினர் வீடோ எதுவானலும் – எல்லோரும் பப்புவை பார்த்ததும் கேட்கும் முதல் கேள்வி, ’கை மாற்றி சாப்பிட பழக்கலாமே?’ என்பதுதான். காரணம் பப்பு இடதுகை பழக்கம் உள்ளவள்!

பப்பு பிறவியிலேயே இடது கைதான். எழுவது, சாப்பிடுவது, பொருட்களை கையாளுவது எல்லாமே.

வலதுகையில் நாம் செய்யும் எல்லா வேலைகளையுமே, அவள் இடதுகையில் மிகச்சுலபமாக செய்வாள்.

ஏன் இடது கை பழக்கம்?

நம் மூளையின் இடது, வலது செயல்பாடுகளில் பெரும்பாலும் இடதுபுறம் இயங்கி உத்தரவுகளாக வரும், அவை கழுத்தருகில் தடம் மாறி உடலின் வலது பக்கத்துக்கு போகிறது. இடதுகைககாரர்கள் மூளையின் வலதுபாகம் வேலை செய்கிறது. (நன்றி:சுஜாதா சார்)

என்ன செய்வது?

ஒன்றும் செய்ய வேண்டாம், அப்படியே விட்டுவிடுங்கள். அதுதான் அவர்களுக்கு சவுகர்யம். நமது கலாசாரத்தில் ’இடதுகை பழக்கம்ஆரோக்கியமானது அல்ல’ என்பதாலும் நாம் அதை மாற்ற முயற்சிக்கிறோம்.

உண்மையில் இடதுகைப் பழக்கம் அவர்களின் தனித்தன்மை. தேவையில்லாமல் விமர்சனம் செய்து அவர்கள் மனதை புண்படுத்த வேண்டாமே!
